Steps to wearing: Put on Spats first high on your calf, then wear your cleats, then slide spats over the heal side of the cleats.  

Material: 85% Polyester, 15% spandex

• S/M for shoe sizes 5-8 in US Mens: 4.5" wide x 8" tall
